YEA! The crib is all ready! Come on PGN! I am glad that Vicki lives close to you. Fundraising for Guatemala??
I've been following your story for a few months now. My husband and I are praying for your family. You mentioned that you are brainstorming fundraising ideas. I have a fundraising idea for you. Some friends of ours just held an adoption benefit Texas Hold'em tournament for my husband and I this weekend and it was very successful. We had prizes donated for first, second, third and fourth place winners. There was also an item donated for a raffle that was held during the event and a few door prizes. Each person donated $20 to buy into the game and instead of getting cash prizes (that we kept) the winners got one of four prizes. It was a huge success and everyone had a good time. Also to save money - we made it a pot-luck ... there was so much food and little clean up.
What a beautiful crib!! There weren't any extra screws were there? Be leary if there were...Joe always told me they put extra in there. I am not so convinced:>)
