In the midst it all...we have still mananged to appreciate life's everyday adventures!
Eli's FAVORITE place: the fire station right beside our house. He has already been invited to the station by our neighbor fire fighters several times and I think we will all be on a first name basis very soon! I swear we talk about fire trucks all day. One of the first things he does every morning is run to the window to see the fire truck. He loudly announces every morning: "FIRE TRUCK! FIRE TRUCK!" We have 4 fire stations in our town and he knows if we are getting close to one. He has this super fire truck radar! It's very funny!
Enjoy the first soft serve ice cream of the season! We are ready for summer.
Having loads of fun with Mr. & Mrs. Potato Head.
Helping daddy in the kitchen. This is minutes before pea picked up a compact flourescent light bulb and chomped down. Needless to say, it shattered in his mouth. It was a little scary! Luckily, Jason saw him just in time to get all of the pieces out of his mouth. Of course, the other scare with CFL bulbs is mercury so we had to open all the windows and stay out of the kitchen for about 20 minutes. It is amazing how quickly accidents can happen even when we are right there.

Yeah Steph! Where are our babies!?!? Yesterday I saw a news report about when boys' voices change and I felt like it was right around the corner!
I am glad the light bulb situation turned out okay.
I am with you on the crap!! I thought I wasn't a pack rat!! Good luck getting the house ready.
Oh, he is growing and changing so much. I bet you are thinking a lot about Guat, and all of the emotions of last year and this year.
Enjoy!

I have been thinking a lot about Guatemala since Kate came home. Sometimes I think I will always think about GT and her birthmom and foster family every single time I look at her and be grateful for their gift to us.
That is so cute he is so into firetrucks! The nice thing about moving is de-junking. Good luck!
I hate moving and having to deal with all those little things that you can't throw away but really don't have a place anywhere!
Eli is getting so big! It's funny how sometimes you will just see them with fresh eyes and realize just how big they are really getting! So often these days I'll look at Shiloh and wonder where my baby went, she is such a little girl!
